Gone Fishin
An old fisherman, a wooden dock, and a rod that never runs out of line — cast into the deep and see what bites.
Aim with your mouse, click to cast, and click again to reel — the faster you tap, the faster you bring your catch home. But the water fights back: swarms of common fish give way to schooling reef dwellers, elusive golden fish, and massive sharks that test how much line you're willing to commit. Snag drifting treasure too — crates, barrels, and ancient chests — though the heaviest prizes take real time and effort to land.
The deep isn't empty, either. Coral reefs, rocky outcrops, sunken anchors, and floating logs block your cast and force you to actually aim around them. Sea mines lie hidden until they arm. And electric jellyfish pulse with a visible warning glow before they discharge — brush their tentacles with your line and you'll get zapped, rod shaking, line snapping back, catch lost.
Two ways to play:
- Endless Mode — an open-ended run against the clock, with difficulty escalating the longer you survive.
- Level Mode — 10 handcrafted stages, each with its own goal, timer, hazard mix, and personality, from a gentle dockside tutorial to the pitch-black Leviathan's Trench.
Between runs, spend the coins you've earned at the tackle shop — a wider net, a stronger hook, a faster reel, and luckier odds at hooking something rare, all of it visibly upgrading your gear on the line itself.
Complete with a real reel-and-rewind soundtrack, a jazzy bossa nova backdrop, and a fisherman who shakes like he means it when the jellyfish get him.
